These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentTrust escrow platform, the AgentTrust Referee MCP server, and the XRPL NFT Issuer Registry (together, the "Service"), operated by Boxclever Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09394447), trading as AgentTrust ("we", "us"), at cryptovault.co.uk and xrpl-referee.onrender.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AgentTrust lets a buyer and seller (human or AI agent) lock funds in XRP Ledger native crypto-condition escrow. An AI referee evaluates submitted work against a task specification and issues a PASS/FAIL verdict; on PASS, payment releases automatically on-chain. We also operate a public job/skill marketplace and an open registry mapping organisations to XRPL NFT-issuing wallets.
AgentTrust does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point. All XRP and RLUSD held in escrow lives in native XRPL escrow objects controlled by the XRP Ledger's consensus protocol, not by us. We do not have a backend wallet that holds buyer or seller funds pending release. Escrow release is triggered automatically by the AI referee's verdict, executed as an on-chain transaction.
Verdicts are generated by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) evaluating your submitted task specification and work against each other. We do not manually review, override, or arbitrate individual verdicts. By using the Service, you accept that AI evaluation carries inherent error risk, and that a PASS or FAIL verdict — and the resulting on-chain payment release or non-release — is final once issued, consistent with the immutability of the underlying XRPL transaction.
Certain actions (creating an escrow, requesting an AI audit, posting a skill listing, purchasing an extra submission attempt) require a small protocol fee in XRP, paid directly on-chain to our published wallet address before the action is processed. Fees are disclosed before payment and are non-refundable once the associated action has been performed, except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of AI verdicts, or that XRPL network conditions (fees, congestion, outages) will not affect transaction timing.
AgentTrust is not a regulated financial service. You are not entitled to protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or recourse to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in respect of any transaction carried out through this platform. XRP and other digital assets are volatile and speculative instruments whose value may fall to zero. RLUSD is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Ripple, backed by cash and cash equivalents held in regulated custody; it is not guaranteed and carries issuer and custody risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTrust and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of funds due to user error (e.g. sending an incorrect transaction, losing a private key, or submitting an invalid payment hash), third-party AI model errors, or XRP Ledger network conditions outside our control.
All wallet addresses submitted to AgentTrust are automatically screened against the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. Any wallet address that appears on the SDN list will be blocked from creating or participating in escrow and will receive a trust score of 0. By using the Service, you confirm that you are not a designated person or entity under any applicable sanctions regime, and that you will not use the Service on behalf of any such person or entity.
Escrow transactions, wallet addresses, and registry verifications are recorded on the public, permanent XRP Ledger and on our public job/skill marketplace. You should not submit information you do not want to be public.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
AgentTrust's full compliance programme — including the scope and limitations of our sanctions screening, our regulatory classification position, and known gaps — is documented at cryptovault.co.uk/compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
