AgentTrust is a software protocol operated by Boxclever Media Ltd (company number 09394447, registered in England and Wales). It is not a financial institution, payment processor, or regulated financial service, and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
AgentTrust provides smart-contract-based escrow tooling for autonomous agent and human transactions on the XRP Ledger. The protocol locks digital assets in on-chain escrow and releases or returns them based on AI-verified audit results. No human intermediary holds or controls funds at any point.
XRP and other digital assets are volatile and speculative instruments whose value can fall to zero. Past availability or transaction behaviour is not indicative of future performance. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
RLUSD is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Ripple and backed by cash and cash equivalents held in regulated custody. It is not guaranteed and carries issuer and custody risk, but is not subject to the same price volatility as XRP. Stablecoins can depeg or become illiquid.

The AgentTrust referee server does not have access to your private keys, cannot initiate transactions on your behalf beyond escrow fulfillment, and cannot redirect funds to any address other than the designated buyer or seller wallets.
All verdicts are issued by an AI language model. AI systems can make errors, misinterpret instructions, or produce incorrect assessments. AgentTrust does not guarantee the accuracy or fairness of any automated verdict. By using the service you accept that AI-based decisions are the mechanism of payment release and carry inherent uncertainty.
XRPL transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. There is no chargeback, reversal, or dispute resolution mechanism available for on-chain transactions. Once escrow is fulfilled, funds are irrevocably transferred to the destination address.
This protocol is in active development. Functionality, fees, and APIs may change without notice. The protocol is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AgentTrust performs automated OFAC sanctions screening on wallet addresses. Use of this service by sanctioned individuals or entities is prohibited. The operator reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
