Keep your books in sync without touching a spreadsheet. AgentTrust emails you a structured confirmation every time an escrow is created or released — forward it once to your accounting software and the transaction appears as a draft bill or payment automatically.
When your escrow is created, you receive a confirmation email with the escrow ID, amount locked, worker details, and deadline. The email is structured so accounting software can parse it automatically.
Xero, QuickBooks, and FreshBooks each provide a unique email address that creates draft bills when you forward documents to it. Find yours in your accounting software settings — see the guides below.
Forward the escrow confirmation email to your accounting inbox. A draft bill appears in your accounting software within seconds, pre-filled with the supplier, amount, and reference.
Tip: Set up a Gmail or Outlook rule to forward any email from noreply@cryptovault.co.uk with subject starting ✅ Escrow confirmed to your accounting inbox. Then every escrow syncs automatically without you lifting a finger.
Each platform has a unique email address. Bills emailed to it appear as draft purchases ready to approve.
Go to Business → Bills to pay → Email to bills. Your unique address ends in @in.xero.com.
Open Expenses → Vendors → Upload bills via email. Your address ends in @qbodocs.com.
Navigate to Expenses → Import via email. Your address ends in @fresh.freshbooks.com.
What gets parsed: The escrow confirmation email includes the escrow ID (reference), amount and currency (XRP/RLUSD), worker email (supplier), and deadline. Most accounting software will auto-populate all four fields from the email body.
Every escrow confirmation follows this structure:
Connect your Xero or QuickBooks account once. Escrow creation, payment release, and refunds sync automatically as bills and payments — no forwarding needed.
For fully autonomous agent workflows, the escrow worker or buyer agent will be able to trigger accounting entries via the AgentTrust MCP server — no human in the loop.
